1. What form of payment do you take?

a. We take private pay [please call for rates], Medicaid, VA Pensions, Private Insurance and Grant Assistance

2. How do we know if we qualify for services?

a. A manager from the office will come out for a free initial assessment and walk you through the process as to if you qualify for assistance, how to utilize state programs and how you would benefit from Mile High Home Care

3. What areas do you cover?

a. Mile High Home Care covers the Front Range spanning from Centennial upwards to Loveland, Colorado. Please call for specific cities

4. How fast is your response time?

a. Within 1 business day. There is also an on call manager available on weekends for any questions, comments or concerns.

5. Do you service clients on holidays?

a. Yes, Mile High Home Care services clients 365 days a year.

6. Are your employees background checked?

a. Yes, through Federal, State and Dora background checks

7. Are your employees drug tested?

a. Yes, pre-hire requires a drug test

8. Are your employees trained?

a. Yes, our employees all go through training with a Registered Nurse. On top of initial training, continuing education is required for all employees throughout the year.

9. Do you take Relative Care underneath Medicaid?

a. Yes! We welcome all Relatives to be employees for their loved ones through us underneath the Medicaid HCBS waiver!
